Postnatal Yoga
These classes focus on renewing your strength and energy and exploring a balance within your mind and body. The class combines yoga and pilates to strengthen your core and pelvic floor and to release tension in your neck and shoulders; and specifically focus on rebuilding strength in the abdomen, back and pelvic floor muscles. Classes also address common issues and concerns that may arise in this new stage of life.

Moms are welcome to bring their babies!

Cesarean Recovery Class
This class is great for any women postpartum and especially for those recovering from post surgical pain such as perineal tears, episiotomy and c-section. We will explore natural pain control and cover c-section scar care. We will strengthen the pelvic floor, the lower back and stabilize our joints and hips while opening our back and shoulders.
Mom & Baby Yoga Class
Chantal's Mom & Baby yoga class focuses on strengthening your core and pelvic floor muscles and focuses on infant development, also strengthening the spiritual, emotional and physical bond between you and baby. Class also includes infant massage and various exercises that assist the development of your child's motor skills

Prenatal Yoga
This ongoing class will take you through the various stages of pregnancy and keep you in touch with your changing body and growing baby. We will practice postures that soothe your nerves, address discomforts common to pregnancy . The Prenatal classes are informative and educational and are designed to prepare you for Labor and Delivery.
